New Leeds United signing Joe Gelhardt believes his hard-working style of play and willingness to learn will help him succeed at Elland Road.

The 18-year-old England youth international joined the Whites from Wigan Athletic on Monday evening, signing a four-year deal in West Yorkshire.

Gelhardt turned out 19 times for the Latics last season and is well aware that he will need to continue the rapid development he has undergone over the last 18 months since making his Football League debut.
