Job satisfaction: what's the secret to career happiness?

In March, a thinktank looking at national wellbeing released some interesting research into the most satisfying careers. The results were surprising. It turns out money really doesn't buy happiness, with people in lower-paid jobs including clergy and company secretaries among the most content. Bar staff, telephone salespeople and debt collectors, however, were ranked the least satisfying occupations.

But if receiving a fat pay cheque every month isn't the way to a worker's heart, what is? We asked our Twitter followers to share their experiences and tell us what they believe is the secret to career happiness.
