Jet2holidays to launch Lisbon city breaks in 2020 and you can already book

If Lisbon has always been on your bucket list, then you may want to check out Jet2holidays' latest offering.

The travel giant has revealed it will be launching Jet2CityBreaks packages to the Portuguese capital for 2020, with launches from Manchester and Birmingham airports including two weekly flights from both UK bases.

It's no surprise that the city is firmly on the company's radar. After all, Lisbon is renowned as a trendy city break thanks to its beautiful landmarks, vibrant nightlife and diverse food scene.

It also offers easy transport links to heaps more Portuguese hotspots including coastal resorts like Cascais and Estoril.

Although the holidays and new flights won't kick off until April 2020, holidaymakers can already book the packages on the Jet2holidays website (you can choose from flight-only deals, holiday packages and dedicated city break offers).

The city break packages will include a choice of 2-5* accommodation, your return flights, as well as a 10kg hand luggage allowance and a 22kg hold baggage allowance for no extra charge.

The city is home to some of Portugal's best things to see and do , with highlights including the 16th century Gothic tower Torre de Belem, Rossio Square which has heaps of cafes, and Bairro Alto where you'll find plenty of bars, restaurants and clubs.
