Jet2 Spain flights and holidays are still going ahead despite the UK taking the country off its 'air bridge' list.
Flights have been taking off across the country since the government announced that all travellers will need to self isolate on return to the UK.
Customers have been desperately trying to get hold of the airline's customer service department to find out if their holidays are being cancelled.

Jet2 is telling customers that holidays and flights aren't cancelled leaving many furious because they pledged to only take people on quarantine-free holidays.
The three-step pledge has now been removed from its website.
Under a 'worry-free guarantee' headline on their website they promised: "There’s no need to worry – we’ll only take you to destinations where you don’t have to quarantine, so you can really enjoy your time away."
But eagle-eyed customers last night spotted their website had been updated to remove the three-step pledge.
It's not clear when the change was made but a Google cache of the website shows that the three-step pledge information was still there on Thursday morning.
@charl_taverner tweeted: "Spent 2 hours on the phone to Jet2 for them to have a 3 minute conversation with me saying my flights still going ahead."
TUI have already scrapped all holidays to Spain as they had promised to only take customers on quarantine-free holidays.
EasyJet and British Airways have also issued statements with information for their customers.
