Superstar Jennifer Lopez turns 50 today and she’s never looked better, either on and off the red carpet.

Long before “breaking the internet” was a thing, the actress and singer revolutionised the then fledgling World Wide Web with a memorable appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2000.

Clad in a jungle-print Versace dress with a plunging neckline, Lopez generated so many searches on Google at the time that the company came up with the idea of Google Images after the overwhelming response to that history-making outfit that still stands the test of time.

Almost two decades on, her style choices are still the talk of the town.

A year ago, it was another Versace item that set the internet on fire: a pair of denim boots worn as leggings, and later rechristened “joot”, paired with a simple white shirt dress.

Since then, Lopez has been stepping up her fashion game with one buzzy outfit after another. Here’s a round-up of Lopez’s most stunning recent looks.

Lopez has long been a fan of Italian shoemaker Giuseppe Zanotti (she has even collaborated with him on two collections). Earlier this year she wore the Instagram-ready, watch- embellished sandals Zanotti created in collaboration with US designer Christian Cowan, paired with a stage-appropriate sequin dress.
