Jamie Redknapp has opened up about his journey with fatherhood as his youngest son turns five-months old.
The ex-Liverpool midfielder recently welcomed his first child, Raphael, with wife Frida Redknapp, 37. Speaking on The One Show on Friday, the 48-year-old shared an insight into how he is finding the 'amazing' experience, the Express reports.
Jamie is already a father to Charley, 17, and Beau, 13 - both of whom he shares with ex-wife Louise Redknapp. Frida has four children from her marriage to American hedge fund tycoon Jonathan Lourie. Jamie and Frida tied the knot last year and welcomed their first son together in November last year.

Speaking on the One Show he said: “We’ve just been talking about it, it’s the most incredible experience. To do it 17 years ago with my oldest Charlie and Bo, 13 and now Rafael, five months. It’s amazing! You know what it’s like Alex [Jones]. It’s been a joy, it really has."
The proud dad often shares snaps of his sons with his fans on social media. Recently, he shared an adorable snap of his youngest son in a Liverpool kit the morning after the Reds beat Chelsea to win the Carabao Cup and his bold hairstyle.
Another memorable event he shared with his social media followers included heading to the Maldives with the new baby to celebrate his honeymoon. The former footballer shared a number of adorable photos with his son which had fans gushing over his cuteness.
