Normal boxing rules apply, with knockouts permitted.
It is scheduled for eight three-minute rounds, with both boxers wearing the familiar 10oz gloves.
Per the terms of the fight contract, Anthony Joshua could not tip the scales at more than 245lbs at Thursday’s weigh-in.
He came in comfortably under that mark at 243.4lbs, almost two stone heavier than Paul, who was 216lbs.
That is 17st 5lbs and 15st 6lbs respectively. Joshua is also five inches taller than Paul at 6ft 6ins.
An exact figure on how much both men will earn tonight is not known, though it is rumoured to be around £70m each.

Some have commended Jake Paul for his sheer bravery, others think him extremely foolish for agreeing to face far and away his best and most destructive opponent to date who could do him real lasting damage.
Many traditional fight fans are disappointed in Anthony Joshua for accepting the bout and therefore being seen to legitimise the YouTube boxing phenomenon, particularly given how long it has been since he last fought, his need to bounce back from the Daniel Dubois defeat and the desire to finally see him face Tyson Fury at long last with a couple of genuine tune-ups behind him.
