Jack White leads tributes to ‘eccentric’ drummer Viv Prince

  • Viv Prince, the former drummer for The Pretty Things, has died at the age of 84.

  • After being expelled from The Pretty Things, Prince performed with various artists including The Who and Hawkwind, and was later honoured with a tribute song by his former band.
