Jack Osbourne has paid tribute to his father Ozzy on social media.
The 76-year-old Black Sabbath frontman, who had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2019, died on July 22 of a heart attack.
Jack, 39, has now left a touching post on Instagram honouring his late dad, with a sweet video montage of the pair.
“I haven’t really wanted to post anything since the passing of my father,” Jack wrote.

“My heart has hurt too much.
“I’m gonna keep this short because he certainly hated long rambling speeches. He was so many things to so many people, but I was so lucky and blessed to be apart of a very small group that got to call him ‘Dad’.
“My heart is full of so much sadness and sorrow, but also so much love and gratitude.
“I got 14,501 days with that man and I know that is such a blessing. I think this quote best describes my father.
“Hunter S. Thompson once said: ‘Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body... but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, “Wow! What a ride!”’
“That was my dad. He lived and he lived his life fully. I love you dad.”
Ozzy’s death certificate - which was filed by his daughter Aimee at a London registry - was obtained by the New York Times yesterday.
The paper reports: “The certificate says Osbourne died of “(a) Out of hospital cardiac arrest (b) Acute myocardial infarction (c) Coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction (Joint Causes).”
When Ozzy’s family announced his death, they did not reveal a cause - though it was later reported an air ambulance visited his Grade II listed mansion in Buckinghamshire property the day he passed away.
The Thames Valley air ambulance landed in a field close to Welders House on Tuesday morning at around 10.30am.
Last week, Ozzy was buried next to a “beautiful” lake in the grounds of his family home.
The Prince of Darkness was given a fitting farewell in a public procession through the streets of Birmingham on Wednesday, during which thousands of fans as well as Ozzy’s family paid tribute to him.
