Ja’Marr Chase picks against Chiefs in Super Bowl for obvious reasons

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase sees the Philadelphia Eagles taking down the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl.

Appearing on “The Rich Eisen Show,” Chase showed lots of love for both teams but got funny when asked about his pick and why he wouldn’t want the Chiefs — the team that just beat his Bengals — to win it all:

“I got Philly. I just lost to the Chiefs and I don’t like them…Yeah I’m a little salty. I’m gonna go with Philly, just because they got a better roster. Their up front is incredible.”

The interview touched on a ton of different topics but this was the funniest. Chase had plenty of compliments for the Chiefs and said that while the Chiefs leaned into the whole “Burrowhead” thing, his guys at least motivated the Chiefs the right way.

One of the other best parts? Chase revealed he and Joe Burrow agreed in the post-game locker room after the AFC Championship that they would be back again.
