Holly Willoughby wished her This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield with a very special birthday gift.
The ITV presenter said that Phil, who turns 57 today, doesn't like a lot of fuss, but there was someone in particular who wanted to say 'happy birthday'.
She told him that it was someone he has always wanted to have on the show and they had recorded a special message for him.
Phil's mouth dropped open when Dame Judi Dench appeared on screen.
She said: "I am wishing you a Happy April Fool's Day, and I am also told it is your birthday.

"I can't come and give you a hug because I am in Borneo, but I will when I get back."
Phil was shocked, Holly told him how she had told the producers that he would love it after she revealed they nearly didn't play the message.
He thanks fans on Twitter for all their messages, he said: "Thank you so much for all my birthday wishes."
