ITV This Morning fans 'dying' as they spot Dermot O'Leary's reaction to woman with most piercings in the world

This Morning fans found themselves distracted during one of the show's latest interviews thanks to Dermot O'Leary's face. The presenter was back at the helm of the ITV daytime show on Friday (February 10) alongside co-host Alison Hammond.

The pair were joined live in the studio by the woman with the most piercings in the world. Elaine Davidson, from Brazil, joined Alison, 49, and Dermot, 49, on the famous sofa where she spoke about her addiction to piercings.

Elaine currently has 15,000 studs all over her body but her biggest ambition is to have more than 20,000 piercings. However, she shared how she was prepared to 'take her time' to achieve the unbelievable goal.

As they chatted to Elaine, Dermot appeared intrigued as he said he was 'trying to do the maths' and work out the locations of many of her piercings. "Where else?" he asked after pointing out the ones on her face. Elaine then replied: "Everywhere," before adding: "In the tummy, in the vagina... Inside. Outside."

Alison then asked: "So how many have you got down there then?" to which Elaine said she had "3,500 inside", with a shocked Alison, pointing downwards and remarking: "Just inside? Oh my goodness." But it was Dermot's face that caught viewers' attention as the camera showed him appearing to be trying to work out how it was possible.

@Munyizzle said: "Dermot’s facial expressions kill me #ThisMorning." @KarenWa42031218 posted: "Dyjng at dermot #thismorning." @AnnaliseMai commented: "Love Dermot trying to work that out! #ThisMorning." Alongside a screengrab, @zayneswrld shared: "Dermot trying to figure out how she has piercings inside #ThisMorning." @daviesfamile added: "Dermot's face #ThisMorning."

Dermot will be making a more regular appearance on the show next week as he steps in for Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby during their half-term break. But it won't be Alison by his side. Josie Gibson will also take over from the show's main hosts during the February half-term break, which begins on Monday (February 13). And she's thrilled to be back at front and centre of the daytime favourite.

"Well since my last hosting stint over Christmas and New Year, everything has been so great. It’s all just been perfect!" Josie said. "I had probably one of the best Christmases too with Alison [Hammond]... although it was a bit stressful at times because I was doing the cooking this year for ten people. Ali was very proud, she couldn’t believe I pulled it off! Ali got me the most amazing big hamper too… I kept thinking whoever gave me this must really like me!

"And now, I'm back on This Morning for half term with Derm and I’m completely honoured. Whenever I’m sitting there hosting the show, I often look around and think ‘how the hell did this happen to me?’. I’ve had so many different hosting partners and I just love Dermot!

"Derm and Andi [Peters] are who I grew up watching and my mum reminded me recently that I used to demand a taxi home after school so I would make it in time for Andi on the telly! So it’s just mad that I’m now sitting beside them myself on the telly. I still can’t quite believe it."
