Game show host and actor Bradley Walsh was left stunning in tonight's episode of The Chase when a contestant revealed his age.
Viewers at home were hopeful for Joel to make it through to the final chase when he went up against Mark Labbett.
Before he took on The Beast, Bradley asked him how old he was, and he was shocked at the answer.
Joel said: "45."
Brad immediately did a double take and said: "Eh? I thought you were about 35/37."
He told his how good he looked for his age, Joel telling him his wife would be happy about that.
And it wasn't just Bradley who couldn't believe it, fans of the award-winning ITV show were also surprised.
One said: "how old is Joel? He looks like he's straight out of sixth form, good genes."
Another tweeted: "45? Christ, he looks good for his age!"
A third said: "Well doesn't look 45."
Despite his youthful looks, Joel was caught by the chaser, leaving just Mary to take on Mark in the final round for £5,000.
She got 14 questions right, two successful push backs, but was easily caught by the chaser.
