ITV The Chase host Bradley Walsh's voice sparks concern from viewers

Bradley Walsh sparked concern tonight as he appeared to be a little under the weather.

Presenting The Chase , Bradley sounded extremely croaky as he struggled to get through the show.

Julian, Jo, Chris and Holly were up against The Beast today in the hope of winning a potential prize fund worth thousands of pounds.

But from the start of the episode, host Bradley's voice broke numerous times as viewers took to Twitter to air their concerns.

Rachel wrote: "Think Brad needs some lockets for his throat."

Leanne tweeted: "Oh bless Brad and his voice!"

Jordana wrote: "Awwww poor Bradley doesn’t sound quite well today!!"

And Johnny said: "Get Brad some Soothers."

Some viewers were even questioning if their TV was broken upon hearing Brad's hoarse voice.

Sam wrote: "Is it me or does brad sound a bit croaky on this?"

Dave tweeted: "Why does Brad sound like a dalek?"

And another wrote: "I thought my sound bar f***** up,  I disconnected it and realised Bradders needs a Lemsip."
