ITV Holly Willoughby says she 'held on to Phil for dear life' on first ever This Morning show

Holly Willoughby is celebrating a decade presenting This Morning today, alongside her trusted friend Phillip Schofield.

And to mark the occasion Holly shared a photo of the first ever time she appeared on the show.

In the snap she wore a white dress that showed off her curvy frame and ample assets, as she laughed along with Phil.

Holly wore her blonde hair long and finished her look with a gold necklace.

Captioning the photo she said: "Happy  @thismorning  anniversary  @schofe  ... 10 years of pure joy and laughter... so lucky to share a sofa with you."

And fans were quick to wish the pair a Happy Anniversary and say how much they loved the show.

"I just love watching you both, I know I'm at home at the moment but when I'm at work I tape the program."

Earlier this week Holly said how much she had loved being a part of This Morning and how nervous she was to start the job.

She said: ": It doesn't feel like 10 years. It’s gone super-duper fast, but it's been so amazing.

"The best mark I’ve got of that time is that it’s the same age as Harry. So, as I've watched him grow, I know how long I've been on ‘This Morning’, so that's always a visual reminder of how long I've been there.

"On my first day I remember just being so, so nervous and holding on to Phil for dear life - I was just scared, scared, scared.

"I’d watched This Morning as a fan for many years before doing it, I didn't want to be the one to mess it up, I didn't want to let everyone down - but luckily 10 years later I'm still there."
