Isobel Steele issued a tribute as she shared details of her heartbreaking loss.
The 21-year-old is renowned for her role as Liv Dingle on the long-running soap. She joined the ITV show in 2016 and immediately established herself as a fan favourite as she won Best Young Actor at the British Soap and Inside Soap awards.
Liv has endured a turbulent time in the fictional Yorkshire village as she has faced a battle with alcoholism. However, her fortunes recently turned after she started dating Vinny Dingle and the two characters married earlier this year.

Isobel regularly keeps her 125,000 followers updated with her life away from the screen. She has taken to the social media platform to share a sad update as she announced her pet dog, Ralph, has died.
She said: "Rest in peace Ralph. I love you so much. Never forget you."
Isobel has regularly shared snaps of her family's two pet dogs on social media. The soap star is also forging a successful career as a musician and she shared a post of her pet behind the piano ahead of the release of her EP, Sounds from the Lounge.
