ITV Emmerdale share proof Caleb Milligan 'not really harmed' after dramatic attack

Emmerdale bosses shared a behind the scenes insight into tonight's dramatic episode.

Caleb Milligan has brought chaos to the fictional Yorkshire village since he arrived. Cain and Chas Dingle's long lost brother kept his true motives to reclaim Home Farm concealed as he plotted to take revenge.

He installed his son, Nicky, as a plant and ordered him to woo Gabby Thomas to gain access to Home Farm. However, it all came crumbling down when Nicky revealed his true sexuality and couldn't go through with his dad's orders.

Caleb's behaviour sunk to new lows in tonight's show as he burned his bridges in fiery exchanges with characters such as Mackenzie Boyd, Cain Dingle and Will Taylor. Viewers are concerned the character, played by Will Ash, may have actually been killed off as he was pushed off a ravine in the shocking end to the latest episode.

While the character's fate is up in the air, show bosses have taken to Instagram to reveal how they safely staged the stunt. They shared a clip of how it was filmed alongside the caption: "No actors were harmed in the making of tonight's episode... Here's the proof"

Fans flooded the comments and hoped that the character manages to survive the fall.

Casey said: "I hope this isn’t the end of Caleb"

Marcia commented: "Really upset Caleb's been killed off. It was just getting interesting with him."

Tina posted: "Nooo cant be the end of Caleb starting to get interesting now"
