ITV Emmerdale's viewers spot 'blatant' twist as former star's return 'sealed'

Emmerdale viewers they have worked out a twist as a character could be set to return.

Tuesday's episode continued to explore the fallout after Gabby Thomas got engaged to Nicky. The character, played by Rosie Bentham, has been smitten ever since she fell for Home Farm's live in nanny.

Nicky was appointed by Kim Tate, who has been concerned ever since the two got engaged. Kim is worried something more sinister at play and Nicky is trying to get access to her fortune.

However, Gabby swatted all worries and said her fiancé has already agreed to sign a prenuptial agreement. Gabby was previously in a relationship with Kim's son, Jamie, and the two share a child named Thomas.

Kim agreed to take in Gabby when she found out about the pregnancy and has since offered her a job. Jamie was last seen in the fictional Yorkshire village in 2021 when his car crashed into a lake.

Characters in the show believe he died in the accident but the character is still alive, unbeknownst to the villagers. Viewers following the show on Twitter claim that Nicky is in contact with Jamie and will soon return to the ITV soap.
