ITV Emmerdale fans spot signs of character's exit after showdown with Kim

Emmerdale fans were keen to see the back of controversial new character Mack, after a showdown with village antagonist Kim Tate.

In tonight's instalment from the famous village, Kim squared off against an irate Mack. He was made to hand over his keys to Home Farm so he couldn't come back.

Other scenes saw Liv pushing to be allowed to go ahead with driving lessons, claiming she hasn't had a seizure for more than a year.

Andrea was asked to move her car - as part of a distraction scheme orchestrated by Kim - so Kim could surprise and manipulate her granddaughter while Andrea's back was turned. Andrea was furious to discover Kim was trying to control their Christmas plans.

Later, Mack told Moira he was leaving after losing his job and "his digs", with many viewers delighted by his potential exit. Moira invited him to spend Christmas with her and Cain.

But fans praised Kim for appearing to take Mack down and hoped it could make way for his exit.
