Boris Johnson and Jeremy Corbyn faced each other this evening in the first live televised leadership debate of the general election campaign.
The Tory leader and his Labour counterpart clashed on ITV, covering issues including Brexit and the NHS.
Mr Corbyn dismissed the Prime Minister's pledge to "get Brexit done" by the end of January as "nonsense" while Mr Johnson said his rival was "not fit to lead our country".
Mr Corbyn also accused the Government of entering into secret talks with the US over the NHS. The PM insisted there were "no circumstances whatsoever" in which a Conservative government would put the NHS "on the table" in trade talks.
