Holidaymakers were travelling from Budapest to Edinburgh, when several passengers on the flight collapsed.
Shaun Pinkerton was aboard the flight last Friday and said the aircraft appeared to run into some technical issues.
An alarm had been sounding while people were boarding the flight but it took off as planned around 9.50pm, he told Mirror Online.
An hour after take-off, a 17-year-old girl collapsed and needed CPR, Shaun claimed.
Shortly after, a second, then a third person fainted, followed by Mr Pinkerton himself.
The 27-year-old speculated that there wasn't enough oxygen but Ryanair officially said there were no technical issues with the aircraft.
He told the Scottish Sun: "It was like something out of a movie.
“I was knocked out and needed an oxygen mask. Then I went into shock and was total shaking.”
Instead of diverting the plane, crew wheeled out oxygen tanks to help the affected passengers.
Mr Pinkerton claims to be an avid traveller, with trips booked to Poland and Madrid in the coming months.
However, the incident has left him shaken and afraid to set foot on another plane.
He added: "I’m a young guy, I fly all the time and I’m always fine. There was something seriously wrong with that flight, folk were worrying there wasn’t enough oxygen."
A spokesperson for the airline said: “The crew of this flight from Budapest to Edinburgh (31 Jan) called ahead to request medical assistance on landing after two customers became ill onboard.
“The aircraft landed normally and these customers were met by medics for further treatment.”
The airline emphasised that there was no fault with the aircraft.
