The Israeli Foreign Ministry summoned the Finnish ambassador to Tel Aviv to formally complain about repeated attacks against the Israeli embassy in Helsinki.
It said its diplomatic mission was attacked by neo-Nazis 15 times in the past 18 months.
Its complaints to Finnish authorities have failed to contain the issue.
Attackers broke the embassy windows, wrote hostile slogans, painted the Palestinian flag at the premises and threatened bodily harm to employees.
Israeli Ambassador to Finland Dov Segev-Steinberg had filed official complaints to authorities after every attack, expressing his grave concern over the safety of the mission and its workers.
The authorities have however, deemed the attacks as legal under the system of freedom of expression.
