Isle of Harris Gin to open Glasgow Christmas pop up shop this weekend

Isle of Harris Gin is set to open a gift shop in Glasgow this weekend after their plans for a new gin bar in the city were delayed as a result of hospitality restrictions.

The company had to postpone the original opening date for the gin bar three times due to coronavirus.

However, it's not all bad news as Cafe Gandolfi in Merchant City - where the bar was supposed to be located- will instead open up as a giftshop.

The store will open it's doors this on Saturday, December 12, from 2pm to 6pm.

The giftshop will then be open from 11am to 5pm from Wednesday to Sunday and 1pm-6pm on Saturday so gin fanatics can get their hands on Christmas presents and gin supplies fresh from the Isle of Harris.

The store can be accessed via the Gandolfi Cafe which is situated on the first floor.
