IShowSpeed demands a boxing rematch with KSI after getting compared to JasonTheWeen

IShowSpeed calls out KSI for a boxing rematch, after KSI publicly stated JasonTheWeen performed better against him in the ring than Speed did.

Speed is not taking the comparison lightly and has made it clear he wants another shot at KSI inside the ring.

It began with JasonTheWeen posting on X that he had gone 10 rounds with KSI, with the British creator quote-reposting it with the comparison.

Speed fires back and calls for a rematch

Speed saw it and responded within hours, asking for a rematch and tagging KSI directly. He pointed out that when the two of them previously fought, he was only 17 years old. He is not that person anymore, and he wanted KSI to understand that.

Speed said that if they ever step into the ring together again, he is walking out on top, and he was very clear that he was not joking around about it.

The original Speed vs. KSI fight happened back in 2021, when Speed was still a teenager and in the early stages of his online career, and definitely not as buffed as he is right now.

A lot has changed since then. Speed has become one of the biggest streamers in the world, and his fanbase has grown massively. He has also been more vocal about staying active, being competitive, and taking himself more seriously as a public figure.

Speed’s callout went viral fast, and KSI confirmed that he’s “down to spar again”.

Creator boxing is now bigger than ever

Creator boxing has only gotten bigger over the past few years, and the Paul brothers are the clearest proof of that, with Jake Paul being at the center of it all. His fight against Mike Tyson in November 2024, streamed live on Netflix, drew a staggering 108 million viewers globally, making it the most-streamed sporting event in history at the time.

The event peaked at 65 million concurrent streams and pulled in over 72,300 fans to AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, with a live gate of more than $18.1 million (the ninth-highest combat sports gate in U.S. history).

He followed that up in December 2025 against Anthony Joshua, which still managed to pull in 33 million viewers on Netflix despite Joshua knocking him out in the sixth round. Between 2024 and 2025 alone, Jake went 14 fights deep into his professional career, a run that few would have predicted from a YouTuber just five years ago.

Logan Paul, meanwhile, pivoted heavily into WWE. The two brothers, more than anyone else, turned creator combat sports into a genuine mainstream product, and an IShowSpeed vs. KSI rematch would slot right into that same lane.

It was only a matter of time before KSI responded, and now that he’s ready for another brawl with Speed, it’ll be interesting to see when the rematch takes place and how it goes.
