Ishiguro to be made honorary citizen of Nagasaki Pref.

NAGASAKI -- British novelist Kazuo Ishiguro will be made an honorary citizen of Nagasaki Prefecture, Nagasaki Gov. Hodo Nakamura said at a press conference on Friday.
