Is Tiger Shroff resuming 'Heropanti 2' shoot with a special song sequence?

Ahmed Khan’s ‘Heropanti 2’, starring Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria is one of the most awaited films in Bollywood. The film is currently in its last leg of shoot.

According to a latest report, Tiger Shroff is all set to resume the ‘Heropanti 2’ shoot with a special song sequence at a Mumbai studio today. Confirming the news, Ahmed told a news portal that they have five beautiful songs which are composed by AR Rahman, written by lyricist Mehboob Kotwal and choreographed by him. While they have already shot three of them, the rest two will be filmed in Mumbai. The director added that one song is a mesmerising Qawwali number, which Rahman has come up with again after ‘Kun Faya Kun’ from ‘Rockstar’. He stated that they have started shooting for this from today keeping all the Covid-19 protocols in mind.

Elaborating further about the songs in the movie, Ahmed added that both the songs will be shot on massive sets. While one will be high on emotions, the other one will be VFX heavy with the modern tech in use. All five songs will be presented in a unique way giving the composition, writing and choreography its due respect.

Rahman, Mehboob and Ahmed have earlier worked together in Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Rangeela’. The filmmaker revealed that Sajid Nadiadwala wants them to recreate the magic of ‘Rangeela’ in ‘Heropanti 2’.

Apart from Tiger and Tara, the film will also star Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a key role.
