On 20 January we are running a Guardian Live debate to discuss the future of the NHS. The panel will include Rt Hon Norman Lamb MP, minister of state at the Department for Health; NHS England’s medical director Sir Bruce Keogh and BMA chair Dr Mark Porter, among others.

But we want to hear what you think. Does the NHS have a future? What are your NHS experiences, positive or negative? What would you do to protect our health service? Please submit a video clip (up to 60 seconds long), images or written submissions. We will share some of your views on a screen at the beginning of the live event.

You can share your videos, photos and experiences by clicking on the blue ‘Contribute’ button on this article. You can also submit via the GuardianWitness app or the new Guardian app – just search for ‘GuardianWitness assignments’.

  • GuardianWitness is the home of content created by Guardian readers. Share your video, pictures and stories, and browse contributions submitted by others. Posts will be reviewed prior to publication on GuardianWitness, and the best pieces will feature on the Guardian site.
