Many people have been enjoying a month of eating out thanks to cheaper meals.
Diners have been treated to up to 50 per cent off their meals at thousands of bars and restaurants throughout August.
That's thanks to the Eat Out to Help Out scheme, tens of millions of meals have been bought by the public in a bid to kickstart the economy following the UK lockdown.
And the deal wasn't at a loss to the participating restaurants either as businesses will be able to claim the money back from the government through an online service supported by HM Revenue and Customs.
So, everyone is a winner.
However, all good things must come to and end and the includes getting cheaper meals out.
The Eat Out to Help Out scheme was only available from August 3 to August 31 in a bid to encourage people back out and supporting the hospitality sector.
Calls to extend the scheme have also been unsuccessful.
But, that isn't stopping some establishments creating their own instead.
Manchester restaurants have announced they'll be offering the same deal at their own expense next month.
And it's not just Manchester either as many popular restaurants and chains have taken the decision to continue offering a 50 per cent off discount to people who dine in from Monday to Wednesday.
Among the chains is Wetherspoons who announced they will continue offering discounted meals at their own expense until November 11.
If, however, you are looking to be spending more time in the comfort of your own home after a few weeks of eating out, Deliveroo has decided to launch its own Eat In to Help out discount for September.
