Liverpool need another big Champions League comeback as they face holders Paris Saint-Germain in the second leg of their quarter-final.

The Reds were dominated in a 2-0 defeat at the Parc des Princes last week but a cautious approach from Arne Slot’s side means they are still in the tie.

They will have to show more attacking threat, however, while keeping out a PSG forward line that looked devastating at times in the first leg in Paris.

Mohamed Salah was left on the bench as Liverpool trailed 2-0 in the first leg but the Champions League is now his only chance to win a trophy in his final season.

What is the Liverpool team news?

Arne Slot has made five changes to the side that beat Fulham 2-0 at Anfield at the weekend. Only one change is in defence, where Milos Kerkez replaces Andy Robertson.

In midfield. Ryan Gravenberch and Alexis Mac Allister come in ahead of Curtis Jones and Mo Salah, with the latter dropped to the bench and Dominik Szobozlai presumably moved into a more attacking role.

Elsewhere, Rio Ngomoha and Cody Gakpo come out of the attack in favour of Hugo Ekitike and Alexander Isak.

What is the PSG team news?

Luis Enrique has named an unchanged side from last week at the parc des Princes. PSG did not have a game at the weekend and so the Spaniard had no new injury concerns, so it is no surprise to see the settled midfield trio of Warren Zaire-Emery, Vitinha and Joao Neves starting.

In attack, Desire Doue and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia keep their places despite the return of Bradley Barcola, while Ousmane Dembele once again leads the attack.

Despite the manner of last week's first leg defeat in Paris, betting sites have made Liverpool marginal favourites to win tonight's second leg. However, PSG remains the odds-on favourites to win the tie and qualify for the semi-finals.
