Ana de Armas may have a new musician in her life.
The Cuban-born actress and Rawayana frontman Beto Montenegro are at the center of growing dating speculation after they have been seen together several times in Madrid, including at the same café and, most recently, at a music festival looking lovey dovey.
Spanish television personality and entertainment reporter Javi Hoyos intensified the rumors two weeks ago, after publishing an image that appears to show de Armas seated beside Montenegro at Madrid's Noches del Botánico festival. In the photo, both are dressed casually and sitting closely together in the audience while holding drinks.
Now, the romance became official thanks to a video published by Hola magazine on Instagram
Neither de Armas nor Montenegro has confirmed that they are dating, and the images establish the nature of their relationship. It doesn't reveal the seriousness or the duration.
According to Hoyos, people close to him have repeatedly seen the pair together at a Madrid café, where they allegedly behaved romantically. He said reports of the apparent relationship began reaching him in late May.
"They meet at a café with people very close to me, and they give free rein to their passion and romanticism," Hoyos said in Spanish in a social media video. He also claimed they had been seen kissing at Noches del Botánico, describing the alleged displays of affection as evidence of a romance.
Hoyos did not identify the café, apparently to protect the privacy of the people who frequent it. He initially discussed the repeated alleged sightings without releasing photographic evidence, but later posted the festival image after the pair were apparently photographed together over the weekend.
Ana de Armas Has Already Been Seen Supporting Rawayana
The new photograph follows another public connection between de Armas and the Venezuelan band.
In recent weeks, the Knives Out and Ballerina star was spotted dancing at a Rawayana concert in Spain and later attending the group's after-party. Videos circulated online showing her enjoying songs including "Feriado," fueling initial speculation that she had become particularly close to Montenegro.
Still, attending a concert or socializing backstage would not by itself indicate a romance. The significance of the new claims lies in the reported pattern: multiple alleged café meetings beginning in May, a Rawayana performance and now a photograph of the two together at another Madrid music event.
Who Is Beto Montenegro?
Montenegro is the lead singer and one of the founding members of Rawayana, the Venezuelan band known for blending reggae, funk, Caribbean rhythms, psychedelic pop and Latin alternative music.
The group has expanded its international profile in recent years, including a performance at Coachella in 2025 and its current "¿Dónde es el after?" tour.
This week, Rawayana launched a foundation to help the victims of the June 24 earthquakes in Venezuela.
Montenegro was previously linked to Venezuelan singer-songwriter Elena Rose after the two collaborated on "Luna de Miel" and displayed visible chemistry in performances and social media appearances. However, they never publicly confirmed that they were a couple. He was also married to Venezuelan model and influencer Romina Palmisano.
De Armas, meanwhile, was previously linked to Tom Cruise after the actors were photographed together multiple times in 2025. Reports later indicated that their relationship had ended by the close of that year. Before Cruise, she was seen kissing Manuel Anido Cuesta, the stepson of Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel, during an outing in Madrid in 2024.
