Irn-Bru has announced two new limited-edition flavours ahead of the start of summer.
With summer just around the corner, the iconic soft drink will be introducing new Xtra varieties themed after the season. The two one-off flavours of the sugar-free drink are Ice Cream and Tropical.
The drinks giant took to social media to share the news, writing on Instagram : "Enjoy #XtraFlavours while they last. Just like the Scottish summer, they won’t be around for long."
Since being shared on Monday morning, the post has received almost 450 likes. There has been a mixed response from fans, however, with shoppers divided on the choice of flavours.
One commented: "I will be keeping an eye out."
"I want to try the ice cream one," shared a second, while a third echoed: "I'll be getting loads of them."
Meanwhile, a fourth simply wrote: "Yum."
However, other shoppers have been less enthusiastic, with one Facebook user writing: "Really? Don't mess with another classic drink pleeease you've already ruined it with less sugar."
"So wrong," a second commented, while a third agreed: "Yeah I won't be trying this."
The Ice Cream and Tropical flavours of Irn-Bru Xtra will be available in supermarkets starting Tuesday.
