UK pub chain JD Wetherspoon announced on Wednesday that it would be slashing its drink prices throughout November.
Some beverages will cost as little as €1 next month, with certain pints and whiskey measures included in the bargains.
From November 1 until November 30, Wetherspoons customers in around 670 branches in the UK will be able to enjoy lower drink prices.
Greene King IPA, Beck's bottles and whiskey measures will cost just 99p (€1.17), with real ale reduced to £1.10 (€1.30) in almost 100 other branches.
Wetherspoons operates a total of 900 branches, with seven pubs in Ireland, including five in Dublin, one in Cork and one in Carlow.
The bad news for Irish customers is that the astonishingly low pint prices will not apply to any Wetherspoons pubs in the Republic of Ireland.
A spokesperson for the chain confirmed to the Irish Mirror that the deals would only apply to UK branches.
However, anyone travelling across the Irish Sea next month will be able to avail of a variety of cheap tipples in Wetherspoons during their visit.
In hundreds of pubs across the UK, a 25ml serving of Gordon's gin will only cost £1.99 (€2.35), while a glass of some wines will only come to £1.69 (€2).
All hot drinks will come with free refills for just 99p (€1.17).
Wetherspoon chairman Tim Martin said: “Our pubs are known for their excellent choice of drinks at value-for-money-prices at all times.
“Throughout November our customers will be able to choose from a great choice of drinks and save themselves some money too.”
