Inside the swanky new American Express lounge at OVO Wembley Arena

American Express is upping the ante with the launch of a lavish new lounge, unique experiences and on-site benefits for cardmembers at the OVO Arena Wembley.

The new American Express Lounge will open in time for Loyle Carner’s headline show at the venue on March 16 and will give people a space to mingle before shows, as well as the chance to enjoy perks including a complimentary signature Pink Gin Spritz and Passion Fruit non-alcoholic Mojito cocktails on arrival.

There will also be plenty more on-site benefits for American Express® Cardmembers, including two new premium seating options within the arena, and 10% off food and beverages when using any Amex Card to pay at concession stands.

There will also be a new American Express Terrace Suite, a section of eight luxury seats where you'll get a dedicated staff member to take your food and drinks orders all night, not to mention a choice of food inspired inspired by the favourite backstage meals of artists who have previously performed at Wembley.

Meanwhile for those wanting some of the best seats in the house, you'll find American Express Club Seats - three sections of luxury seats to the side of the stage.

To celebrate the new launches, American Express is bringing its 'More Machine' pop-up to the venue, to coincide with Loyle Carner's performance.

Participants who correctly answer questions will have the chance to win access to the Amex Lounge for themselves and up to three guests before the show. Other prizes will also include complimentary merch and tickets to future events.

The move comes after the success of the American Express Lounge and on-site benefits at The O2.

Chris Marking, Vice President EMEA at AEG Global Partnerships, which negotiated the deal between American Express and the Ovo Arena, Wembley, added: "Working with American Express to expand their cardmember offering will help to take consumer experiences at the Ovo Arena, Wembley, to the next level.

"This partnership, which provides seating packages and discounts, will help American Express to build stronger relationships with their customers and provide additional value for fans, further enhancing a night they have been looking forward to for months."
