Inside the luxury $25,000 per night hotel Conor McGregor is staying at

Conor McGregor is spending some time in New York and is staying at one of the most expensive and exclusive hotels in the city.

The Notorious is Stateside promoting his Proper 12 Irish Whiskey brand along with the soon to be released 'Roadhouse' movie in which McGregor will make his big screen debut.

McGregor revealed on social media that he was staying at the famous Peninsula Hotel located on the iconic fifth avenue in the heart of Manhattan as he posed for photos and signed autographs for fans who waited in the rain to get a glimpse of the MMA legend.

Built in 1905 as the Gotham Hotel, the building contains 241 rooms, 23 floors and over 50 suites.

The cheapest room at the hotel is the 'Superior Room,' which can be reserved for just $895 per night.

At the other end of the scale is the Peninsula Suite, which will set you back a whopping $25,000 per night.

Described on their website as the "ultimate premier accommodation in New York," the Peninsula Suite is a "quintessential New York pied-à-terre features stunning cityscape views of Fifth Avenue and comprises six rooms, including a spacious master bedroom and bathroom, dining room with adjoining kitchen, elegant living room, study, second bedroom and bathroom, and guest powder room.

"Superlative amenities include a customized sleep experience featuring hand-stitched Savoir beds and a choice of luxury linens, round-trip airport transfers in the hotel's bespoke BMW 7-series and premium liquors and beverages."

The Suite cannot be reserved online and can only be booked by calling the hotel directly.

McGregor is in America not only promoting his movie and whiskey, but he is also still filming for The Ultimate Fighter.

The Notorious has had a disastrous start to the competition and has seen his fighters lose all five contests so far.

Last week, the Dubliner had a fiery exchange with opposition coach Michael Chandler, threatening to break the American's nose as the duo almost came to blows.

McGregor and Chandler are due to square-off in McGregor's UFC return, but no date, venue or weight class has been announced.
