Liverpool's biggest office complex has undergone a major renovation to provide Grade A facilities as well as a bar, café and work and social spaces.
The Capital Building comprises over 410,000sq ft of office space and new images have been revealed inside the development after the makeover.
So far, the first stage of regeneration saw over 15,000sq ft "brought to life" with Grade A fixtures - with floor to ceiling glazing, LED lighting, cooling systems and services.

The refurbishment is now set to continue with the next phase of development already underway - that will see a further 35,000sq ft renewed to Grade A specification - seeing the whole 10th floor transformed.
A statement from the Capital Building released today said: "A proud part of the Liverpool Skyline for over 46 years, offering a unique blend of design and high-quality refurbishment, The Capital Building offers some of the UK’s best value and most efficient office space with bright and flexible interiors that make it the perfect professional, networking hub."
The renovation work comes amid an "urgent need" for more prime office space, with it reported earlier this year Grade A facilities in Liverpool are at "historically low levels".
That's despite the recent completion of The Spine building in Paddington Village, with business hub Hythe in Wirral Waters set to complete later this year.
A recent report by Avison Young said both would be "critical for boosting supply".
