A skinny home dubbed "one of the narrowest houses ever listed on Rightmove" has hit the market.
The ultra-small one-bed property is located in the fashionable Wanstead, east London, and is being sold for £275,000.
This is more expensive than the UK average of £251,500 - though the London average is £496,066.
It measures just 2.6m (8ft 5in) wide, around 0.3m less than the width of a London Underground carriage at 2.92m (9ft 6in) wide.
But it is not the skinniest house in the capital, with a Shepherd's Bush townhouse with a width of 6ft taking that title.
The semi-detached house has 333 sq. ft. of living space and is spread across two floors, according to the listing on Rightmove.

Property expert Tim Bannister said: "They say good things come in small packages and this quirky home is certainly eye-catchingly tiny.
"At just over two and a half metres wide, this property is definitely one of the narrowest houses we’ve ever listed on Rightmove.
"But it would be a cosy starter home for a first-time buyer looking to get on the property ladder in London."
The home is located near to the swanky High Street, Wanstead, in the east of the city.
It has one bathroom, a kitchen and living area, off road parking and a private garden.
But it's not even London's skinniest house.
One in Shepherd's Bush - dubbed "England's thinnest house" - is set over five floors.
It is neatly wedged between a doctor's surgery and a shuttered hairdressers and is on sale for £950,000.
One particularly unique feature is a bedroom door in the floor.
