A new gym class has launched in Liverpool where you can get fit - by raving to dance anthems.
With DJ Lee Butler on the decks, gym goers workout under flashing lights to pumping tunes in a class that is said to help you burn more than 750 calories.
The Ravin’ Fit classes are popping up all over Merseyside, with sessions taking place in north Liverpool, Birkenhead, New Brighton, St Helens, and more.
A personal trainer puts gym goers through their paces during the 60-minute classes where Lee Butler promises your “work out will feel like a night out” to club anthems.
The gym sessions are proving hugely popular with thousands of people now following Ravin' Fit on social media .
One person who tried the class said: “It was just like being out.” Another said: “It’s amazing, I’ve not sweated this much in all my life”.
