The 42-year-old singer has been updating fans throughout her incredible weight loss transformation as she shares some of the key lifestyle changes she has made including a revamp of her diet and incorporating a fitness routine.
The star, who weighed over 13st at the beginning of her fitness journey, pledged to physically improve her health last month and by the looks of her most recent Instagram posts, she has been sticking to her word.
Posing in the gym, Kerry took to the social media platform over the weekend to share a snap of her progress in a lilac sports bra and lycra hot pants.
This was followed up by another smiling picture of her in a leopard print maxi dress which showed off her snatched waist.
Katona told OK! magazine last month in her exclusive column that she had managed to fit back into her size 12 jeans.
She said: "I've lost 8lb in a week, and I'm back in my size 12 jeans! I feel amazing. It's all thanks to the FrancisDiet, plus working out with my fitness brand M-Fit."
The singer was introduced to the diet by her pal Carla Fishwick who previously lost a whopping 6st and 9lbs in a year while following the same diet.
Kerry has praised Scott Francis, the creator of the 'Francisdiet' who she dubbed as 'an absolute genius'. The mum-of-five said the diet involves a lot of personal responsibility as she revealed that she's been prepping all her own food.
Francis provides his clients with a personalised eating plan and a tailored exercise regime which usually requires people to workout three times a day.
Speaking of the work Kerry put in to shed over half a stone in just seven days, she wrote in her OK! column: "I’ve also been doing home workouts, which are great for when you have lots on."
The former popstar is determined to keep fans up to date with her journey and has vowed to keep her transformation as candid as possible. Abiding by this rule, Kerry took to Instagram to share a clip of herself working out in black underwear as she performed her keep fit routine.
The star pre warned fans that she had not edited the footage in any way with filters as she wrote: "I know it’s not a pretty sight but it’s real!!! I feel extremely vulnerable by posting that video, but I’m also sick of all these bloody filters."
However her followers were impressed by her authenticity and praised her for showing the rest of the world that they are 'normal' just the way they are.
The mum-of-five has been very open and honest about her fitness journey over the years and how much her body has fluctuated in size and weight.
Kerry has also confessed in the past to undergoing surgery to help her maintain a slim figure as she previously underwent two tummy tucks and liposuction.
However, the star is now committed to transforming her body in a healthy way through her new fitness journey as she says she feels 'amazing'.
Earlier this year, the star revealed she was "the biggest I've ever been" after she put on two and a half stone and aims to lose three stone and be back to a size eight by this time next year.
The singer was also recently diagnosed with lipodemia which, according to the NHS, is a chronic condition which causes an abnormal buildup of fat in your legs and arms.
She is also currently suffering from a broken foot but is determined that nothing is going to hold her back from making more progress.
Speaking of her recent diagnosis on Instagram: Kerry said: I was diagnosed with lipoedema [sic] last week which means swelling of the body and random fatty lumps. But f*** that s***!!! Gonna train the s*** out of my body!'.
