Ever since Adele burst onto the stage as a fresh-faced teenager chasing pavements, the world fell in love with her down to earth image - but roll on 15 years and the superstar is unrecognisable.
After choosing to escape the limelight following cancelled tour dates and divorcing husband Simon Konecki, Adele made a very dramatic return when she was spotted looking trim, blonde and a whole world away from the winged-eyeliner-sporting, curvy brunette fans remembered.
Shedding a massive seven stone the mum-of-one had embarked on an intensive diet and fitness regime and posted a stunning snap on her 32nd birthday showing just how much she had changed.
Wearing a short black mini dress and heels, Adele's incredible transformation was praised by both her army of fans and celeb pals.
Model Chrissy Teigen summed up the mood musing: "I mean are you kidding me."
Back in 2011, during an interview with Q magazine, Adele told the publication: "I'm a size 16, normal.
"I wouldn't encourage anyone to be unhealthy overweight just as much as I wouldn't encourage a f***ing Ralph Lauren model to suck on ice when she feels like fainting."
However a source told People: “She [Adele] got to the point where she didn’t feel great. She knew she had to change something, because she wants to be the healthiest mum possible.
“Her whole focus during the weight loss journey has really how been all about how she can be healthier and how can she treat her body better."
Adele, 33, is said to have followed the The Sirtfood diet, which means she ate foods high in sirtuin activators that can regulate your metabolism like green juice, strawberries, tumeric, olive oil and red onion.
Speaking on ITV's Lorraine, Adele's personal trainer Camila Goodis said the star's transformation is "90 per cent diet".
Camila explained: "She looks amazing - she's changed her lifestyle, she changed her diet."
Adele's healthy living plan also headed in the right direction thanks to pop star pal, Harry Styles, who was pictured with the super-slim star last year on a luxury break.
Harry took the singer hiking along his favourite trails in Malibu and to his HITT classes following the breakdown of her marriage to Simon.
Adele married her long-term partner, Simon Konecki, and the father of her son, Angelo in 2019 and it seemed the mega star had her happy ending. But two years later, the relationship was over and the couple split.
The exes have remained amicable while they co-parent their young son.
After the breakup, Adele reportedly moved on with grime artist Skepta, but she insisted they were just friends and now it looks like the star has found someone new.
The Someone Like You singer is now said to be dating sports agent Rich Paul, 40.
Adele, 33, was seen in New York on a double date with Rich in New York. The rumoured couple first sparked speculation they are dating when they attended the US basketball finals together in Arizona last weekend.
Rich is best known for being basketball star LeBron James' agent.
He is worth an estimated $46 million (£33.4 million) and has negotiated more than $1 billion in deals for his famous clients throughout the years.
ESPN announcer Brian Windhorst sparked sent fans into meltdown when he declared that the pair were an "item" on late-night podcast Lowe Post.
"Rich Paul brings his girlfriend to the game to sit next to LeBron. His girlfriend is Adele," Windhorst claimed.
"Rich Paul is at the game with Adele. This is the first time that they’ve come out in public together," he added.
The pair had reportedly been seen together on numerous occasions before attending the big game as a duo.
The singer has been linked to the sports agent over the past few months and their romance is reportedly blossoming, even if Adele has insisted that it is a bit of fun.
Rich had alluded to the romance back in May when he mentioned he was "hanging out" with a "major pop star".
The major pop star is also much more prolific on the LA party scene looking amazing earlier this year when she was seen at Daniel Kaluuya's Oscars afterparty.
Adele partied with her celebrity pals including Drake at the star-studded bash hosted in Los Angeles after the ceremony.
The songstress stood out from the stars dressed in a £1,700 ($2,450) LaPointe designer lime green coat.
Every inch the social butterfly, she enjoyed catching up with her celeb pals at the bash, who were no doubt delighted the supreme talent had been keeping a much more public profile.
