There is a hidden system of safety protocols being ignored in the rush for a quick fix. Before you roll up your sleeve, you need to understand the potential dangers lurking in that syringe.

The Risk of Vitamin Toxicity

When you eat food, your body has built-in mechanisms to filter and regulate how much of a vitamin enters your system. Injecting vitamins bypasses these natural safeguards, leading to levels in the blood that can be thousands of times higher than normal.
