Quip, The Association for Change in the Czech Republic, has been awarded funding by the European Social Fund to identify and promote best practice across Europe and it has chosen to focus on personalisation in England.
In Control has agreed to support Quip, beginning with a study tour to showcase progress being made in England.
Quip was founded in 2003 to support the development of good practice in social services, promote education and raise awareness of the rights of social service users, especially those with learning difficulties and complex needs.
