Everton boss Marco Silva has opened up on the transfer speculation linking Idrissa Gueye with a move to Manchester United .
Gueye's fine form for Everton has reportedly led to him courting interest from several sides across Europe.
Manchester United are reported to be one of the teams keeping tabs on the 29-year-old, who has become a mainstay in the midfield for Everton since signing from Aston Villa in 2016.
The Red Devils are expected to part with fellow midfielder Ander Herrera this summer as he nears a move to Paris Saint-Germain, with reports suggesting Gueye could be targeted as a replacement.
Silva, however, remained coy on Gueye's future when addressing the rumours on Thursday.

"It’s new to me. No concerns about that. All the speculation is in the media and will come in the next few days or weeks," Silva told the press. "It’s something natural. I’m not here to answer about the possible rumours."
It's not just United who reportedly think Gueye is a similar type of player to Herrera, with the Senegal international previously targeted by PSG during the January transfer window.
