Ian Wright drops Mesut Ozil hint as he names Arsenal's biggest problem after Leicester defeat

Arsenal slipped to a disappointing home defeat to Leicester City on Sunday evening.

Jamie Vardy was once again the thorn in Arsenal's side as he came off the bench to score his 11th goal in 12 games against the Gunners to secure all three points for the Foxes.

The Gunners had just four shots on target at the Emirates, although they did have an Alexandre Lacazette goal rather dubiously ruled out for offside against Granit Xhaka - a decision that could have changed everything.

After losing to Manchester City last time out, it was the second game in a row in which Mikel Arteta's men had failed to score and it is posing questions from pundits and the media over the Gunners' ability to pick up the results they need.

Arteta has overseen a shift in terms of their defensive frailities, but that appears to have had a knock-on effect further up the pitch.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has an expected Goals total of just 0.52 so far this season, with just one Premier League goal to his name so far.

There has been much talk of the decision to leave Mesut Ozil out of both of Arsenal's Premier League and Europa League squad this season.

And Gunners legend Ian Wright hinted that may not have been the wisest choice following the defeat to Leicester.

Speaking to Premier League Productions, Wright said: "You have to take your chances. The main thing with Arsenal is they've got to create more and they've got to have better movement up front, it was very rigid and they've got to be more clinical.

"You can't expect that if the chance doesn't go to Aubameyang then we're not scoring, we need to be more clinical."
