I Wasn't Sold on the Farmhouse Look Until I Saw McGee & Co's Holiday Entertaining Collection – It's a Masterclass in Festive Rustic Charm

Christmas table with red gingham tablecloth, white napkins, gold napkin rings and red taper candles.

After spring soirees, vibrant summer celebrations and the warmth of the harvest season, Christmas is every host's final opportunity to impress before the year comes to an end. (Unless you're planning a knockout New Year's Eve party, of course.)

I've been busy preparing for Halloween and Thanksgiving, but I haven't nailed down my Christmas decorating ideas just yet – although it looks like McGee & Co's new holiday entertaining collection might have done some of the hard work for me.

From intricate florals to gingham prints, the new collection brings together all my favorite rustic details. It's a nod to vintage style (pieces like the Coronet dinner bowls will look right at home amongst my favorite country grandmother-inspired tableware), but it's undeniably timeless.

I've been recreating Shea McGee's fall tablescapes at my recent dinner parties, so it goes without saying that I was thrilled to see McGee & Co's 2025 Christmas drop – and the holiday entertaining pieces are the icing on the cake. I love that they're subtly festive, with simple silhouettes and classic touches that will complement every kind of tablescape.

Whether you're on the hunt for table linens, crockery or a few fabulous finishing touches, you'll find something you love in McGee & Co's holiday entertaining collection. Check out my favorite pieces below.

Halloween and Thanksgiving are still to come before the Christmas spirit really sets in, but I'm in festive mode already. I'm not just shopping McGee & Co's holiday collection, either: I'm loving Joanna Gaines' cabin kitsch tableware collection at Target. Think retro Christmas with a dash of rustic charm.
