I'm A Celebrity Joe Swash's trial leaves 'sickened' fans in disbelief at surprise end of show

I'm A Celebrity fans were thrilled as Joe Swash returned to the camp tonight.

The former King of the Jungle is set to take on TV's toughest entertainment challenge in a bid to be the first ever Legend. Joe arrived in South Africa alongside fellow EastEnders alumni Dean Gaffney.

The two were tasked with a drinking challenge as they aimed to win treats for their new campmates. Hosts Ant and Dec were in hysterics as they struggled to get their way through cocktails of mashed maggots.

Fans following the show on Twitter branded the trial the best one yet and said they were also feeling sick as Joe and Dean heaved their way way through the challenge.

RhiRhi posted: "This is so funny but I feel so sick"

Craig tweeted: "One of the most vomit inducing trials I’ve ever seen. I love it.

Beckie tweeted: "That was revolting and I enjoyed every second"

However, some fans were taken aback as the show ended on a cliffhanger as fans will have to tune into tomorrow's episode to see the rest of the challenge.

Nikky commented: "Ah for heavens sake cutting it mid trial"

Martin tweeted: "Can't believe #ImACeleb stopped mid trial, that was hilarious"

Sarah posted: "WHAT!? Since when has #ImACeleb stopped a trial half way through to show tomorrow!!"
