I'm A Celebrity final meals - Matt Hancock's alcoholic treat to Owen's colossal dessert

For weeks the I'm A Celebrity campmates have been dreaming about food- and the finalists' last meals in the camp certainly did not disappoint.

After enduring rice and beans, bony fish and some truly repulsive dishes in the bushtucker trials, Owen Warner, Jill Scott and Matt Hancock got to choose their meals after succeeding in their final challenge.

The final three had smashed trials which included rats, a camel's testicle and snorkelling, meaning they were each able to get a starter, main course, dessert, drink and treat of their choice.

Owen, who has become known for his appetite during the show, had a a calamari starter, a quadruple stack beef burger with various cheese and bacon on top with chips.

For dessert he requested a pizza-sized cookie dough with a treat of American-style pancakes, crispy bacon and maple syrup.

Going for simplicity when it came to drink, he asked for a Coca-Cola.

Former health secretary Matt Hancock had garlic king prawns to start, steak and chips with a mozzarella side salad. For dessert he had homemade apple pie with salted caramel ice cream. He had red wine and blue cheese with crackers as his treat.

Footballer Jill chose prawn cocktail to start, traditional beef Sunday dinner with loads of gravy, yorkshire pudding for main and she had a cheese board for dessert. She had Coca-Cola for her drink. Jill chose a flat white coffee and dairy milk for her treat.

When their starters arrived the trio did a cheers with their plates and tucked in.

Tonight's episode will see one of the finalists crowned ruler of the jungle, with many furious that Hancock has made it so far.

Viewers have been urging each other on Twitter not to split their vote, fearing that will help the politician win.

Outraged fans of the ITV show also claimed Hancock's public vote survival in last night's episode reeks of a fix, due to their disbelief some people are actually backing the controversial MP to win the show.

Since ditching his constituents in West Suffolk in favour of a few weeks Down Under, Mr Hancock's jungle stint has angered many across the country - with Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice launching a campaign to block the sitting MP joining this year's I'm A Celebrity line-up.

Piers Morgan has led the famous faces voicing their disbelief that some people are actually backing the controversial MP to win the show.

The former Good Morning Britain presenter took to Twitter to write: “That Matt Hancock, who should be doing his job as an MP, may win I’m A Celebrity after his appalling handling of the pandemic & shameful sacking for breaking his own lockdown rules, is a damning indictment of the celebrification of politics & the British public’s amnesia.”

Meanwhile the evicted campmates have been enjoying their final days in Australia as they headed out for a boozy dinner ahead of tonight’s final.
