I'm A Celeb's Owen Warner leaves fans mesmerised with 'amazing' hidden talent

Owen Warner is best known for his impressive acting skills, but the Hollyoaks star also has a hidden talent up his sleeve.

The soap star, 23, showcased his impressive quirk during I'm A Celebrity today as viewers flocked to Twitter to gush over him.

The actor, who plays Romeo Nightingale in Hollyoaks, told his fellow campmates, Jill Scott and Seann Walsh that he can cry on demand - a skill which has been incredibly helpful to him in his acting career.

During tonight's episode, Owen explained: “When I first got on set, I’d watch X Factor or Britain’s Got Talent auditions, the really good ones, where they get a golden buzzer or there’s an emotional story to it…”

To which Seann asked: “You’d watch that to cry?”

Owen said: “Yeah.”

Seann laughed: “I can’t believe that. That’s hilarious! Can you teach us to cry?”

Jill admitted: “I don’t cry in real life, but come on, let’s try.”

Owen then instructed: “Pick a point, don’t blink… focus your eyes… really focus on your breathing. Think about how your breathing goes when you cry.”

Loving it, Seann said to Jill: “You look like you’re crying!”

Jill pretended to act out an emotional scene to which Owen enthused: “That was very good," and Jill exclaimed: “I’ve actually got a tear."

It comes as Owen is now the clear bookmakers favourite to become King of the Jungle – but the results of a new poll have Jill Scott in front of her rivals to win I'm A Celebrity.

The verdict from viewers being quizzed over the weekend revealed Jill had 14.5% of the vote when asked who people wanted to win.

And perhaps, crucially, she was the second favourite campmate of another 11% of fans, meaning she could pick up more votes when other stars are voted out.

Mike Tindall and Owen Warner were both close behind and the rugby star received 13.6% with Owen on 7.2% when it came to who people wanted to win.

However since the polling closed, Hollyoaks star Owen has completed a trial winning nine out of nine stars for camp, which will have done no harm to his chances of victory.

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! watch the next live episode tomorrow at 9.15pm on ITV1 and ITV Hub.
