I'm a Celebrity campmates were treated to one of the most gruesome trials the show has ever seen in Friday's episode.
The horrifying challenge tested to see which three celebrities could fill up a clear large tube next to their bath in the quickest time.
They had to fill their tubes up with the grisly contents of the bath - while fish guts dropped on them.
The three celebrities that did this in the quickest time would be immune from the first public vote and the other three would become cursed and join the other cursed celebrities.
As the klaxon sounded, blood started to gush up from the bath plughole.

“It came curdling up, it was like a horror film!” said Kate Garraway.
Roman Kemp added: “The blood rushing from the plug is quite possibly one of the most horrific moments of my life.”
While footballer turned pundit Ian Wright gagged as blood gushed into his bath.
The tops of the tubes opened and everyone started to fill them up with the contents of the bath via their hands.

Adele Roberts didn't even realise the challenge had started and thought Kate was just throwing blood at her - so she started throwing it back.
Fish guts began to fall on the ill-fated celebs, and Adele complained about the "stench of rotten fish".
Ian and Kate retched while James Haskell ordered Ian not to be sick on him.

Eventually Myles Stephenson, James and Ian won the challenge and filled their tubes up in the fastest time.
This meant they were now immune from the first public vote off tonight.
Kate, Roman and Adele were the three losers, so they became cursed and will now join the other cursed celebrities to face the first public vote off.
