It turns out another woman’s lashes might be a sign of a cheater. In a video with 2.5 million views on TikTok, Scarlett (@_xoxo.scarlett) explained how she caught her boyfriend cheating after finding a lash attached to a pair of his pants.
Her boyfriend tried to defend himself, saying “It’s yours, babe!” But she told him that wasn’t possible. She explained in the comments section of her video that she never uses strip lashes and only wears mascara with extensions.
At first, the lash on his jeans wasn’t necessarily damning, but Scarlett later put her boyfriend’s information into cheaterbuster.com, a site that apparently tracks Tinder profiles, and realized he had an active account on the dating app.
What is Cheater buster?
Cheaterbuster.com is a website where people can track others’ Tinder accounts. Essentially, a person can put in personal details about someone they know and see if there are any accounts that match the description or the phone number provided.
Many people wonder whether cheaterbuster.com is a scam or a real service. Other TikTok users, like @sashaangelcb, have posted about it, saying it helped “[find her] man on Tinder.” In order to use cheaterbuster.com, though, a person would need to pay for a $20 subscription.
Many of the videos about the website seem to be advertisements to promote its service. While it’s unknown if @_xoxo.scarlett was paid to promote the website based on her posts, there’s a strong possibility that she could be promoting the website’s services.
The pain of cheating
In continued updates to her account, she told her audience that she was supposed to go to Paris with her boyfriend, but broke up with him due to his online profile on Tinder.
@~Ava~ told Scarlett, “Baby you are WAY too pretty and sweet to let an evil toad like this come in and ruin your life. you go to Paris and have the time of your life without that man.”
Scarlett continued to express her frustration and deep agony over the fact that her boyfriend left. In a subsequent video, she held onto her cat while discussing the fact that she was “trying” not to have a mental breakdown.
Most commenters told her that it was a situation where she was better off finding out. @Dessa told her, “God works in mysterious ways [though].”
