Holly Willoughby tells John Barrowman to pipe down after embarrassing gaffe

Holly Willoughby hit back at Phillip Schofield and John Barrowman after being humiliated in tonight's Dancing on Ice final.

During a quick break from the skating, the presenters explained that there was a huge cash prize on offer for viewers at home to win.

Phillip explained: "It's competition time now. We've been telling you about this all series because one lucky viewers will really win a lot of money."

When Phil asked if Holly knew how much was on offer, she shouted out: "Is it by any chance £100,000?"

There was a lone clap in the audience as the studio fell silent - and bemused Holly didn't know what was going on.

Cheeky Phillip then shouted out the same number to much fanfare as fireworks were set off and the audience applauded.

Annoyed Holly asked: "What? Why did it work when you did it?"

Hilarious judge John Barrowman cried out: "It's because he's fab-u-lous!!!"

As the audience laughed, Holly replied: "Oh you can pipe down as well Barrowman, thank you very much."

Phillip also caused a bit of a stir after Joe was announced as the shock winner of the series.

After speaking to a delighted Joe, Phillip told runner-up Perri that everyone thought he "had it in the bag".

In response to the awkward remark, Perri said: "I gave everything I wanted to. Joe has come so far. I've made a friend for life with Joe, he's like my brother."

All of the couples got magic 10s from all four judges for all of their sensational routines during a night of perfect scores.

Looking at the leaderboard, Phil joked: "How do I make my way through this?"

While Holly added: "I like this. Shall we just call it here? Call it a triple-way draw."
